Web Interface
SlimCar features a web interface to allow you to monitor and configure the system. When you have
installed SlimCar, you can access the web interface by navigating to
SlimCar's IP with a web browser. The default IP is
192.168.0.20, so you'll need to put your computer into the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet.
What Can It Do?
- View and edit SlimCar's configuration file
- Quickly go to SqueezeCenter's web interface on port 9000.
- Start and stop system services like SSHd, SqueezeCenter and Syslog.
- View various system information including memory usage and running processes.
- Restart and shutdown the system.
How Does It Work?
The web interface is written in PHP5 and runs on the nanoweb HTTP server (itself also written in PHP).
